I bring over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse along with my Diploma in Therapeutic Massage with training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Chair and Sports Massage, Reflexology, Myofascial Work, Trigger Point Therapy, Propriocepter Neuromuscular Facilitation, and Polarity and Energy Work.  I am also certified in Lymphatic Drainage and am a Reiki I Practitioner. 

My goal is to treat the individual with care and respect and to give them personalized care based on their needs and goals at the time.
